Estate Agent Websites

One of our first clients was an estate agent based in the South of France and so this product was able to grow quite quickly. Given the specific needs estate agents have, this has grown into a separate branch to allow us to dedicate the right time and effort into making this the polished product it is today.

Our estate agent website cms allows different offices to add, edit and delete properties in the system, it allows sold or let properties to remain and encourages buyers to contact you. It has upload facilities for photographs, virtual tours and downloadable PDFs. It also has a powerful search feature which tries to match buyers intelligently and ensures that no buyer ever sees “None found!” as long as one property is available. This maximises views and revenue for you and helps buyers and tenants find their perfect home.

Now comes the technical bit

Many estate agent offices spend time uploading property after property to their site, and then they need to upload to Rightmove… then Propertyfinder… and so on.  Our software allows you to do this automatically! Upload the property ONCE, then once the whole list has been updated on the site, click one button and everything is automatically saved to Rightmove, Propertyfinder, Primelocation with potential for more. Some offices use code provided by the portal, but your properties then link out to other agents which takes money from your pockets, this site is much more enclosed keeping buyers on your site and encouraging them to call you over anyone else.

This is definitely not worth missing if you’re a new estate agent wanting a custom site with the functionality and power to let your website do the talking while you make the sales.
