Long before Zako media was in existence, it’s founder developed a system for estate agents based on his father’s requirements. Years later this had been adopted by 2 larger London based estate agent clients. Today this is being used by a major player in the French Luxury property market with many adaptations. Ironically our founder’s father never took this on.

Zako media’s estate agent software allows complete control over the website in multiple languages if necessary. It can communicate directly with property portals such as Rightmove, Primelocation, Propertyfinder and can be adapted for others. It also currently speaks to Knight Frank and IFP for the French side. All of these operate with the click of a button and were developed in response to one overworked London agent who virtually hired a member of staff specifically to update each portal manually. By removing the need for this staff member to be tied down, we already saved him years of salary expenses and made him more money as the person was out negotiating sales!
